Bradley Foster MA

I help individuals and businesses define and get in step with their stated goals and values according to their agenda. I'm an experienced coach, having worked with hundreds of clients over the past several years, coming to coaching from a business background and as a trained therapist. We work to close the gap between who or what you say you are, or want to be, and who or what you actually are now, as expressed by your actions.

I've also worked as a writer, and communications consultant. I've published dozens of articles in North American newspapers, websites and magazines and for Reuters and Thomson Newspapers over the past twenty years. I just finished writing a book on self-coaching with co-author, psychologist and coach, Dr. Stephen Renfrey. You can read a sneak preview of the book by clicking here. I am currently working on a book on appreciation and gratitude of self and others.

I have been a successful entrepreneur, business development executive, and business and communication consultant before becoming an executive and life coach full-time. I have an MA from The University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University. I also attended The Ontario College of Art, Columbia University and I have a three year degree in Leadership and Psychotherapy from The Gestalt Institute of Toronto. I have coach training from the Gestalt Institute and the Coaches Training Institute. I bring a wealth of experience and aptitudes to the exciting and fulfilling work of coaching. The breadth of my experience and the training I've done ensure that you'll get insight, clarity and direction from me.

As a communication consultant, I helped entrepreneurs and start-up companies raise capital and get established in their fields. I also worked with non-profit and government agencies, helping them clarify who they are, what their purpose is and helping them communicate it clearly. I worked for ventures such as Aerius Wireless, Valt.x Technologies and LanPak, companies that aren't household names, but will be one day.

As a business development consultant, I helped companies find synergy with other companies, locate and communicate with investors, raise money, and connect them with government programs that helped them develop new lines of products.

Volunteer Activities

I have been on the board of the Gestalt Institute of Toronto for two years. I have been president of the Three Arrows Camping Association for the past three years. I spend half a day a week at The Furniture Bank, repairing and restoring furniture that will be given to refugees and the homeless. I also mentor two professional new comers, Hakima from Algeria and Parfait from The Ivory Coast, helping them find their feet in a new land.
